TURBONEGRO AND MORE JOIN DESERTFEST LONDON

Are you ready for your first batch of Desertfest bands? Then here it is; Desertfest are pleased to announce our first eight acts for 2017's edition of the UK's premier underground rock festival.

First up, Turbonegro are set to rock Camden just as well as they rock denim when they headline this year's Desertfest.
Widely heralded as one of, if not THE, greatest deathpunk, festival rock and general joy-inducing bands of all time, a whole heap of fun is guaranteed whenever the Norwegians sweep into town.

Joining them are German psychedelic juggernauts Samsara Blues Experiment. One of the finest psych bands in the world today, Samsara Blues Experiment will celebrate their 10th year how you'd expect; expanding minds at Desertfest.

Blues infused duo The Picturebooks will be providing more stomp than a tap-dancing giant when they roll through Camden, while Satan's Satyrs' retro inspired garage-doom will fill London with the smell of burning rubber and gasoline.

And if that wasn't enough, we've topped it off with Vodun and Elephant Tree's unique takes on heavy, as well as the all out space exploration of Yuri Gagarin and riffs galore courtesy of Mammoth Storm.

We're sure you'll agree, this year's Desertfest is off to a huge start, and with dozens more bands to be confirmed, we're ready to make our 6th year the best yet.
