Four-piece heavy rock band Okay You Win was forged in London, U.K. in 2023. In its first two years the band has built a solid reputation on the UK underground heavy rock scene, bringing a double hit of face-melting riffs and soaring vocals. Drawing heavily on influences from the Seattle Grunge scene, California Desert Rock, 90s alt-rock and classic British heavy metal, OKYW mixes psychedelic stoner rock and doomy breakdowns with driving rock riffs.
The band released its debut ‘live’ E.P. (‘Live From The Pit’) in late 2023 before embarking on a string of shows and festivals across England and further afield. The band has just recorded its debut full-length studio album at The Nave in Leeds with producer Andy Hawkins (Psychlona, Grave Lines, The Damned etc), which is due for release in 2026.
OKYW have received strong reviews for their initial recordings and live shows, building their status as a powerful live act that gives its all on stage with tight and well-crafted sets. They are a core member of the Civil War UK collective and are regulars of the London underground heavy scene.
