It's almost time to welcome you to what is undoubtedly the loudest & most raucous event that's happening in London this weekend... but before we open our doors tomorrow, there's some important info to get your head around.

TICKET / WRISTBAND EXCHANGE
ALL tickets for Desertfest are digital eTickets that will need to be exchanged for a wristband on arrival. There are NO physical tickets being sent out for the festival.
If you have not yet received your eTicket or QR code, please do not worry. Roundhouse eTickets are available 48hrs prior to the event (Sunday) DICE tickets are visible in your app – but you will only be able to activate your QR code from 10am on the day of the show.

The ticket exchange will be open the following hours at Greenland Place, opposite The Black Heart:
FRIDAY – 12pm – 9pm
SATURDAY – 12pm – 9pm
For Sunday, the ticket exchange will be open the following hours at Roundhouse ONLY:
SUNDAY – 12pm – 9pm

Please download the DICE app in advance & have your eTickets(s) ready, along with proof of ID – this will then be swapped for a wristband which you need to wear at all times to get into every venue associated with Desertfest.
All venues offer re-entry until headliner takes the stage & will operate on a one-in-one out system if at capacity.
