Desertfest London takes place across multiple venues in Camden, London from 16th to 18th May 2025.

Head to the Venue page for more info on how best to plan your visit.

The festival opens it doors to Greenland Place at 12pm daily, with live music kicking off around 1pm in our smaller venues & 3pm in our main-stages. Live music finishes around 11pm each night, but we do have some after-parties if you’ve got anything left in the tank. Stage times are released closer to the event.

Yes! Weekend Tickets are now available.

Day tickets will be on sale nearer the time.

Friday & Sunday Day Tickets are sold via DICE

Saturday Day Tickets are sold via the Roundhouse, but still get you into all venues at Desertfest on this day.

Yes – due to the multi-venue nature of Desertfest & each venue having its own policy to under 18s attending there is a strict over 18’s policy only.

The short answer is no, we don’t post out physical tickets in advance – all tickets are exchanged for a wristband on arrival. It takes less than a minute to create an account with DICE to purchase an e-ticket. Download the app on the App Store or Google Play, enter your phone number, tap a few buttons and you’re in.

Head to your Tickets tab, and you’ll see a list of all your upcoming events. Tap on ‘Desertfest 2025’ to see your ticket.

In order to combat touting/scalping, the QR code that gets you into the festival won’t appear until two hours before the event. Dice always send a back-up door list to the ticket exchange ahead of the event, so if you have any technical difficulties on the day, you will always be granted entry by showing a valid photo ID that matches the name on your tickets.

If you can’t see your ticket contact https://dice.fm/contact

You must contact your point of purchase if there are any questions regarding ticketing. For Weekend, Friday + Sunday tickets this is via DICE who can be contacted as HERE.

Desertfest does not offer refunds or ticket swaps, unless in extreme circumstances.

Sending tickets to your pals is super simple on DICE. First off, just make sure they have a DICE account, as we can only transfer tickets between DICE users.

Head to the Tickets tab in the app, and tap on the ticket you want to send. At the bottom of the screen you’ll see the option to Send To A Friend. Tap it, enter your buddy’s number and you’re all good.

If you have any issues transferring your tickets or have any questions about this feature, just holler at https://dice.fm/contact

Yes. Your weekend ticket is a 3-day pass allowing you into every venue associated with Desertfest. Please note, however, that if a venue is at max capacity it will operate on a one in one out system.

All attendees must show their tickets on arrival & have these swapped for a wristband. You can swap your ticket for a wristband from outside the Black Heart on Greenland Place on Friday & Saturday from 12pm-9pm daily.
Sunday’s ticket exchange operates from The Roundhouse ONLY – there is no Greenland Place ticket exchange on this day.

If you’ve lost, smashed or otherwise mangled your smartphone, just get in touch at help@dice.fm and the team will do everything they can to make sure you can still get in to Desertfest.

If you’re low on data or your wifi is dodgy, don’t worry. As long as you’ve viewed your tickets at least once since purchase, they’ll be available to use offline. And if you accidentally delete DICE from your phone, you won’t lose your tickets – they’ll still be there if you re-download and log in again.

If you don’t have a smartphone and can’t download the DICE app, don’t sweat – you can still purchase tickets quickly and easily from the DICE.fm website

Just complete your purchase as usual and make sure to take some official photo ID with you to the ticket exchange, where the staff will have your name on their door list. The DICE support team can advise in advance if necessary, just get in touch at https://dice.fm/contact

Yes, once you have collected your wristband you are free to come & go between different venues & in/out of Greenland Place. Please note, however, that if a venue is at max capacity it will operate on a one in one out system.

Day tickets are on sale nearer the time.

Desertfest has a strict no refund policy unless something has happened in extreme circumstances. Please contact DICE or your point of purchase.

Due to the multi-venue nature of Desertfest, accessibility falls under each venues own policies and capabilities. Unfortunately, some venues at Desertfest (The Black Heart & The Underworld) do not have wheelchair access.  Please contact your point of purchase (DICE or Roundhouse) to discuss accessibility requirements and carer tickets.

We receive requests from many bands wishing to play Desertfest on a daily basis via multiple channels and we do our best to give everyone a listen. The line-up for 2025 is now complete.

Please contact Chris Dean at chris@gardeniapublicity.com for more information on how to apply for accreditation to Desertfest London.
